Reflections Now Seen

Look clear into your reflection...
                                        The shadows may not be your definition...

                                             They are images of what you fear...
                                         A pleading voice you could never hear...

                                      Maybe a heart from a soul you never let in...
                            You might just have misssed what was behind your sins...

                                     A beautiful smile hidden with a lost sensation...
                                            So now look clear into your reflection....

I like the radiant image that a hidden smile will hold once it is seen through a clear reflection. This is a very lovely poem. I like the visual sensation, once we can look towards the perception we make out before all is lost in the exit of our shadows. .. thanks for sharing your wonderful poetry with us today;-) Take care and have yourself a good night ~ always* PD
