Reflections
If mirrors were our portals
to the other side
Look at your reflection
and picture in your mind
A place there is serenity
is what you want to find
Serenity is within us
it drips from broken shards
Of broken promises and emptiness
to be salvaged within our hearts
All these dreams of happiness
for you are just a start
Your restless days and sleepless nights
are soon going to fade...
Look up to the Sun and the Moon
an open sky of rain...
May all your stars be aligned...
for a lifetime free of pain.
