Reflection
Consider the thoughts that occupy your mind,
Give cause their meaning and ponder for a time.
Separate yourself from all empty darkness,
Where aggravation has labored long to yield unfruitfulness.
Sort through the chaos and let go of the pain,
Feed truth with pure love and you will sustain.
No words can belong to the reflection of time,
We are a visitor to our own memories, a traveler of time.
How will you know what course to take?
What warrants merit or that feeds the fire?
Acknowledge the good but recognize the evil,
Seek to understand your own heart's desire.
Free yourself from the burden built upon many years,
Lay waste to the troubles that hold you back.
Reflect for a moment but stay the course,
Be at peace with yourself, struggle no more.
