Reflecting Soul
Like a mirror, reflecting presence
An image easily portrayed by beauty
A soul carrying two faces
One they live, other hidden in darkness
Personality of emotions conflict or self being
Who do we see this day exist
Soul willing to kill or die friend
Or heart do we carry upon chest
Something real and rare felt
Emotions hidden in depths beneath
Mankind, perfection or demon ridden
Who do we say we are that we not
A different person of being than next
You claim be better when you're not
Living same life, same decisions weigh
Til death do we part last breath
That in our own we struggle existence
Trying figure what makes us instead purpose
What is purpose but a dreamers life
One soul thriving to be apart
Obscure from a world of deception illusion
Reflecting soul, costume of many imagery
We can be many things but only ourselves
can one truly be
Reflecting soul giving life in human form
Only being circumstances of themselves
We live portrayed greatest species ever
But do we live our full potential
Or waste it on a worldly being
