Reflecting Contrast
Barrenness hovers
extending its diseased dimness from the past
overshadowing the joyful happiness of hope that should have thrived residence within
the current deserted reality in silence
gradually defiling penetrations from the speed of light
absorbing silent the speed of sound
devouring the echoes, presences, moments and times of the present and future
while the ideal future lingers its presence reflecting
in haunting translucent pigmented release
in the contrasting mirage
oppositely beneath…..
