Redemption
tried too hard to hide it
melancholy seeps through
this shadow on my soul
the sun does not get to
I sang my song to you
and cast it to the wind
echoes in the stillness
throbbing pain within
follow your heart's path
the one that leads away
abandon what is here
it's your redemption day
