Red Poppies

A place where the red poppies grow
Covering crosses row on row
A place where the red poppies grow
Honoring the giving soul
A place where the poppies grow
So we will remember and know
Why we have a place where the poppies grow.

Hello Phyllis … in two months time, we commemorate the first world war soldiers as remembrance day, and the red poppy signifies the fields of France where so many lost their lives, therefore the sight of a red poppy at any time is a time to remember - thank you Phyllis - Lindsay

May God bless you as you too share the pain of the sacrifice men are making again and again ... in an unequal world.
