Re-Confession

falling far, or far falling?
drink a toast, the night is calling
look through the crowd, sip your wine
try to remember, you will be mine
underwater, us fishes swim
but sharks bare teeth and look so grim
yet fear not for the darkness sake
I'll be here every morning when you wake
now take my hand, and don't be shy
together no sharks will feed us lies
and I promise that there's no secrets this year-
hold you in my arms like I intended, my dear
