This is beyond beautiful and powerful sis! Your idea for the hiku speaks volumes and delivers a concerning issue in the world today that many often neglect or dont pay attention to! I love the lines "mountains made of waves" now thats unique!! And i love "mud mourning its wounds" just wow! Youv nailed it! Think this will be a top winner! Best wishes! Sending you light always

Awe thanks sis. I wrote about a tsunami and the immediate aftermath. But yes, was also writing about climate change and I've actually wrote a longer piece from this idea which I'll be posting soon.

I love the vivid dark imagery you paint in this poem my love. "Tore the flesh from mother earth," absolutely gorgeously dark. One of my favourite lines you have written.
