Recipe For Love
Just a pinch of commitment
And a sprinkle of trust
Are the first two ingredients
Then stir out the lust
Add a tablespoon of honesty
With just a dash of your heart
It has to simmer on low
Before the passion will start
Add two cups of affection
And a teaspoon of soul
Then turn up the heat
Til it really starts to glow
Now add some compassion
All you can spare
For this ingredient's a must
To show them you care
Add a smidgen of friendship
So it won't be contrasting
Stir slowly til finished
To make everlasting
These are the ingredients
That were sent from above
