Recalling

There's a tightness in my limbs A tension in my heart There's a chill in my spinal cord Pain is tearing me apart A cry wells up from deep within me Stifled at my lips My knees give way when walking Curse my arthritic hips Yet my head is clear The brain still hums At least when I sit down Let my parchment overflow With joy, recalling My bride's fresh white wedding gown

Glad to hear that you don't want any part of this one, Arturo. May you continue to thrive, and always in good health! Thank you for your encouragement. Best wishes, Gershon
