Rebirth

By Rick Rucker I have undergone a Rebirth, For which I had not to leave this Earth, Where once, I thought I lacked for many things, I now find that my Heart ever sings, Where once, I was so frenetic, You have channeled that into Love, energetic, I used to have the Money monkey on my back, I mistakenly thought there was a lack, I thought that Money could fill a need, The ache in my Heart, I did not heed, From the moment that we met, Your quiet Serenity, I could not forget, From that day, I have known a Love, so rare and true, The embodiment of my Love, is You, If, to others, I would try to explain, I would be unable, it resides not in my brain, Nor is it resident in just my Heart, It has moved into my “every” part, With your Love, I am forever smitten, Hundreds of poems have I written, To try to tell You how I feel, As, my Love for You, I cannot conceal, You are the best part of me, Free of your Love, I never wish to be, Perhaps, one day, I shall find the knack, To write the words, which I now lack, Those that convey exactly how I feel, Of my aching Love, so real! You are responsible for my Rebirth, Me, the luckiest man on this Earth!

then you get people who love you distantly, and are tongue tied..where you hope one day they wont be because you need people in your life from the segregation that hurts so very much

have you ever sacrificed like that? knowing you give up freedom of a social life, of many friendships, not being admired by many etc..so you could be a part of someones rebirth? have you ever sacrificed like that? amongst the ruins of lonliness and pain lies gems shining quite brightly, more sorrow then happiness if truth told..but some of us feel it is worth it

this one is nice...I think the most rewarding thing someone can fell is being particially responsible for a rebirth, some of us lose friendships, popularity, and give up many things of the secular world to give that to another..it is worth the sacrifice of lonliness and pain of being segregated..
