Reassured By Transferred Word
when we like each word
when we had been reassured
to better base we transferred
when words up start to shake
more biscuits we would bake
my poems are at steak
when we start to sail
received a letter in the mail
we are frail and will fail
when we would set sail
Soon out water had to bail
so proudly we will hale
(Quite a movie)
when we had a gale
we would refuse to set sail
bread we baked was stale
when we liked to laugh
went out and bought a giraffe
who gave birth to a calf
when I talked to my staff
what should call a small giraffe
could be a calm calf
when weather has been bleak
will write a poem of the week
to read you will seek
where should I have gone
when I would go on and on
some new poem will spawn
when small we should call
an animal short or tall
to decide would stall
when in shower stall
used soap in shape of a ball
stepped on and would fall
when leaving long trail
have hit the head of a nail
will tell a tall tail
read news which was latest
not only that was the greatest
confessed found at a fest
