Reassurance.

I need one of those hugs.
The hugs that envelope you, mind, body and soul.
The hugs that make your heart explode with happiness.
The ones that take you to that safe place 
where no one can harm you, 
with words or actions.
You’re anything but afraid. 
You’re everything but unhappy.
I need one of those hugs from someone who knows me. 
Someone who loves me.
I need to know that I’m not alone
