Reasoning

Lots of species were extinct The areas they occupied Aroused a human hunting instinct To the extent a bit too high Even the turtles couldn’t survive Galapagos became the grave Poor humans want to thrive They want this and that, and crave For the best they can afford Of the worst they can accept Reasoning is what they’ve got Most reflective do reflect What they are, and there’s no other Game to play or to ignore Once a brother killed his brother And this opened up the score But I’m of the different kind Got no reasons, no excuse Just a little wind of time Fanning out the boring truth.
