Reap What You Sow

Close your eyes – Tragedy hovers around us like bothersome flies Sleep tight…how time flies – Don’t bid your heartless goodbyes Tonight…Good night... I hear your cries, but I see the light Beyond the ebony night…fight the good fight With all of your perpetual might tonight
It’s time to erase the lies Life, in general, is throwing its stress on me…we must march with euphoric, jolly assurance It’s my time to try… Life, certainly, isn’t the escape ticket to ship us away from this dilemma we found ourselves in…I’m entangled in my sinful nature…staying up late again, lacking sleep… I’m in captivity…overwhelmed by deep, shameful despair It’s time to shine The sun greets me with a smile from on high…please, don’t let our high spirits die A genuine, royal smile of sincerity, peace and honor…mirror my pain and our joy is as fresh as morning dew as the dawn draws nearer It’s time to sleep The moon winks at me with its cold features – my hopeful spirits are frozen and dry I wear an upside down frown for the meantime – everything’s starting to look a little clearer…you reflect on me like you’re some mirror It’s time to face the truth Death, in general, is not to answer…we must thrive with remarkable, splendid confidence It’s not my time to die… Death, certainly, isn’t the cure to this uncertainty – our hope is paper thin and I’m falling short, I’m failin’ again and gravity-bound…where do I begin when I’m a lost sheep? I weep…getting devoured by the hungry, ferocious bear Look beyond the hole where I naively fell! Hear me as I call…promise me you’ll stand tall Don’t abuse me or push me facedown to the ground…under your wicked spell… How I loathe your callous actions and you’re a negative companion to have… now, you’re considered my naughty, mischievous foe, that’s all… Do tell me where you kicked the ball! Give it your all! I promise I won’t even tell… A SINGLE SOUL…you fell into the murky well? Oh well.......
