Realms of Time

I once dreamed a dream, you returned to me
Our strength re-united with visions I see
In the depth of night, my mind took me there
A place I needed to be, tears dried with your care
We were a team again, ready to take on the world
Our smiles lifted in happy laughter that swirled
Through a night, where my soul reached out to you
In the light of a dream it passed darkness through
I woke embraced by our unity, through realms of time
Confirmed our connection is never broken by crime
