Notes About The Poem

to paraphrase deceased singer leonard cohen, 'there is form in everything...that's how

the light gets in'

Realities Tides

the golden ratio
and fibonacci sequence
govern natures shapes

from seed to full grown
childhood to aged perspectives
everythings logic

patterns and chaos
all just existent matters
from undercurrents

of the math form tides
shaping understandings seen
by maturing minds

The vesica piscis, births the tree of life; all is one and one is all. Love it. Every shape, form, plant, etc., has its basis there. Wonderfully executed poem.

thank you for the compliment...leonard cohen's song verse actually was 'there is a crack in everything...that's how the light gets in'...and yes, our 'mental light' is the form that shapes every plant, every thing

This poem intrigues me as I see patterns everywhere, but that's about all the math I can take. This part delighted me though: "patterns and chaos all just existent matters from undercurrents". I thought I was the only one who always sees patterns, and I mean perpetually. When I play scrabble I see three words simultaneously.
