Reactions

That's all she wrote,
It was all my doing,
The words she spoke,
Heavy and looming.

All my reactions,
Of anger and pain,
Because of her actions,
On me, a stain.

I tried my best,
To get you back,
You needed a vest,
For all my flak.

I'm sorry this is how it ends,
There's no other option I see,
My heart, it rends,
To be set free.
