Reaching Out

Entrained with beauty
Sparkling pearl
An ornament of kind
Risen high above the lofted place
I estimate my duty
And gain in love the world
More precious than the gold I find
I by unseen thought embrace
Gone out to hold one out of reach
Received measured, responding like a choir
A burning warmth of sorts
The all-consuming fire
Of love that seeks a place to land
No walls can stop my thoughts
As I by thinking hold your hand
