Rave In the Grave

Rave in the Grave

the party of eternity
forever they arrive
the final ticks of tocking
no one gets out alive
see her clad in raven black
she is the reapers mate
keeper of the hallowed ground
she greets them at the gate
to pass along the judgement
the outcome of their fate

beneath the vulture's circle
where gloom and darkness thrive
Raven carves your epitaph
this one did not survive
no one can escape from here
you cannot permeate
she never has been stood up
she's been on every date
so she recons you will be on time
no one is ever late

I have read the rules and understand
if my play on words disqualifies me
there are some things i just can't help
I make my own "Footprints in the Snow"	`
