"Birthday Suit Biography 2"



It is time to work my birthday suit,
expose all my hidden muscles.
Appeal to my cocky confidence, I'm
dedicated in my pursuit.

I'm taking the healthy route,
because life is too important.
health problems run in my family,
it is time to work on my birthday suit.

Heart disease, embedded in my roots,
only I can make the change.
Low weight, cutting my epidermis, I'm
dedicated in my pursuit.

It is time to work on my birthday suit,
push hard,  eat healthy, and stay
dedicated in my pursuit.

Sara Kendrick November 30, 2009 at 10:14 AM Easy to write but hard to accomplish but it can be done. I had a TIA back in May of this year. Heart attack and death runs in my family in the males for I have no sisters. What I had is the same as a heart attack but of the brain. I had tests which showed no brain damage which means in the mist of the attack God was with me to carry me through. I have had to add a baby aspirin to my meds to help prevent another one. My blood work is always good with not abnormal labs. Why it happened??SK
