Rainy Days

Rainy Days,
Bring on lazy ways
Making me sleepy
But
Left at peace
On the roof, the pounding sounds
Like tears from heaven pouring down
Saturating the ground
It brings the streak of lightening
Renewing the earth for its rebirth
Green grass starts budding
Leaving,
The potential of flowers to bloom
As the thunder booms
The clouds appear
But
They to shall clear
For the start of a new day is near
