Rain On Us

Rain on us Lord and send down your blessing
help us figure out the things in our lives that need addressing
let your light so brightly shine
and with a firm hand keep us in line
so that we won't lose sight of who we are
we will keep our eyes fixed on that Northern star

without you Lord there would be only dark days
the whole world would walk around in a constant haze
but you oh Lord are the Light of the world and shall forever be
the only one that can truly set our souls free 

So rain on us oh Lord and shower us with your love
we'll always know our source of strength is coming from above
