Rain

Mist covers the pane of the

Window down the hall

Closing my eyes I imagine

The beauty of it all

Tiny rivers line my windshield

As I wait for the light

Memories remind me of the

Splendor of the night

Drops on the glass, at midnight

In the spring

Perhaps it is time now to

Give her the ring
