Rain
No one knows rain like I do,
Blood blinds no brains like mine.
As existence fades not to desire,
And mine’s done doing in dull decline.
Confusion replaces all intellect,
All veins, just tunnels to hell.
Why then does it carry life,
And pulse like color in a shell?
What’s belief if thought is first?
All hearts get cast away…
And strangers overtake the mind,
And it’s there to always stay.
Flesh is rust on metal,
Proving who is here…
I can be the clouds today,
If a raindrop was a tear…
