Racial Divided
I'll say a few words none to be kind.
America is still color blind.
You could be yellow, red, white,
brown, or black.
Hate towards any of these colors is
racism and that’s a proven fact.
Racism comes in many different
shapes and forms.
I have had my fair share since I’ve
been born.
God blessed us by putting us here,
giving us all different shades of
color.
We’re not meant to have the same
color skin, but we all can respect one
another.
They judge you by where you come
from and the color of your skin;
for much equality and respect seems
impossible to win.
Because of race why do innocent
people die?
My spirit and soul begins to cry.
As I advocate the human rights for
all man.
Our nation looks so liberal and
claims there is equality for all
humans.
We need to join together as one,
Until our earths work is done.
People are just human beings
regardless of their ethnic pride.
So people should try to constantly
look spiritually inside.
Let us all hope that the dark clouds
of racial prejudice will soon pass
away, and that in some not too
distant tomorrow the radiant stars of
love and brotherhood will shine over
our great nation with all their
scintillating beauty. Martin Luther
King Jr.
