Quite Undone

Go to your room you naughty child I’ll come to see you in a while Think about what you have done And you’ll see why you have no fun Your sister’s nose is black and blue Think about your choice of hue You have it coming to you my son And you’ll not be the only one Here I come with book in hand Here son come here and stand You have no idea what is to come And at the end you’ll be quite undone See here this page on the right It has given me a little fright For in it is a picture of you With you face all black and blue Don’t cry my son, it’s not that bad Even though it makes me so very sad For I see that you are torn up inside And in this place you’ll not abide Read the caption that has no joy Why is it speaking to you my boy? You’ll have to turn away from wrath And take the pain from the sibling’s path Only on this condition must you dwell Before your visage begins to swell And take in your arms your sister now And to her you will scrape and bow You will serve for quite a while And do it while you’re a still a child In this lies your saving grace If you try to save your sister’s face.
