quiet
prevails
except
for snores
shaking.
his brakes
do jake

pitter
patter
of dog's
small paws
quiet,
asleep 
again

A.C.
silent
because
night's cool.
amazing
to be
alone

presence
pleasance
lifts my
spirit.
fridge runs.
snores go
up, down
