Questions and Answers

                                         Who hasn’t wondered
                                                What am I 
                                               doing here?
                                         Who hasn’t pondered 
                                       The reason for existence,
                                    Joy, laughter, sadness, tears?

                                        And what does it mean
                                                   To seek 
                                           One’s higher self?
                                   And where does it originate:
                                   Inside our hearts and minds   
                                        Or somewhere else?

                                   What constitutes the good
                                                   Life 
                                             Well lived?
                                    Is it treating ourselves 
                                       And others to all 
                                    We receive and give? 

                                            Why ask 
                                               why 
                                              at all?
                                 And did Adam and Eve
                                              Really 
                                               Fall? 

                              This point of view is nothing 
                                              New, 
                                        But another 
                                 Mortal man’s attempt
                                    To try and break
                                           Through

                                     Countless years 
                                        Of striving,
                                            Rising 
                                    To make sense
                            Of Wisdom - Beauty - God,  
                                     Philosophizing...  

                              While seeking oneself
                                   Towards higher 
                                        Domains, 
                          Such questions and answers
                                Will phantom-like fall 
                                          Like 
                                          Rain.
