Quake

W# Earth quake
So silently clear nature stands still
Few seconds stood on that hill

Rumble like thunder in the distance
Earth calling our very existence

The ground it shakes what seems eternity
What is this? Have I lost my sanity

A silence again fills the air
Earth again still as if nothing to declare

Sweet song of birds fill the air
Did what happen, happen
Nature returns everywhere

The gentle roar of a plane in the distance
Life goes on for all in existence

The Earth it Moans and groans
Death and destruction this time postponed.

Quake sleep for now
Thanks for the warning
Another day is dawning
