Put Yourself First

           you move towering mountains like faith,
                 and you run from pillar to post
                     to ensure that everything
                         and everyone is fine,
                           but do not forget
                          who's number one;
                               take care of
                                  yourself
                                     first!

Dear Edward, this is such a profound take for the contest which reflects the importance of self-love, care and nurturing of one's own soul.. These words are so meaningful and work as a wonderful reminder for everyone, as we often tend to serve others and fulfill their needs without prioritising our well-being. But we can't actually serve for the humanity fully, if we are not content ourselves.. This nonet is worthy of all the appreciation, heartiest congratulations to you on the win! :)

Dear EI, i honestly felt like these words were meant for me, truly i needed to hear them, yes they are simple words that hit so hard and are so powerful!
