This made me smile. I am not sure if it is your intention, but in my mind's eye I see someone running after a cloak blown away by the wind. Forgive me if I am wrong :)

Ha, ha, maybe. It's really a play on the two words and their related intertwined idea. isn't there always something ( cloak, whatever) billowing in the wind as one flees or pursues. John
