Purple Rain Over the Mountains

Endless snows here have shown us the way to freedom. Yes, and I'll believe in the dawn when I see it I'll believe in new songs when I hear them. I'll watch the dance when I can taste it Cool and wild winds sweep over our land. Does it seem proper to taste dawn's prism with our tongues? Don't follow me down that path. It's a long and weary one. Even now are learning what we must - how we must Do not let the songs of fear confuse you. You can learn courage by facing up to the realities which we know. If light can pierce shadows - then songs of iron are something we must learn about and bring into the forefront of our consciousness

You have captured the essence of prose poetry here. This is a thought provoking piece that uses the flow of poetry in paragraph style. I've already read it a few times. Nice life message. Karen
