Pure Love

Pure unadulterated Love
The aging light she feels from above
Checking her instagram for an update
A song a lyric to relate
Watching her Snapchat 
Always defensive and ready to combat
Previously put down for a choice 
They aren’t the ones who see her rejoice
A collectors album of new song
The only time happiness is strong
Following other devoted fans
They are the ones who make plans
Joined communities of like minded people
Every single one is a friend an equal

Listening to the lyrics
F.U. To the cynics
Enjoying the moments being lost in her voice
Goodbye isn’t a choice
A source of pain relief
Allowing her mind to relax and debrief 
Feeling the beat in her chest
No need for her adult self to be suppressed 
A constant source of companionship 
With a deep belonging and friendship
Always can provide an avalanche of emotions 
But never wavering her devotions 
Keeps her mind calm
A feeling of safety and away from harm
Able to keep her head above water
In the darker times she brings her laughter
A source of inspiration
And can give motivation 
This is love that can never be broken
For she is the one that’s chosen
A love not complicated
Some words make her feel intoxicated
Heart skips a beat always with you
A type of love not up for review
Music her faithful friend
An admiration that doesn’t have to end 
Never a disappointment always hope
Makes life easier for her to cope
True love disguised as a favourite music artist
Able to stay grounded and modest 
Everyday is like Déjà vu 
This is what she needs to make it through
A daily possibility to smile in the tough times
To jump and dance to the beat and rhymes
Tomorrow is another day to smile 
And live life with some style
I am the third wheel
But this was part of the deal
I enjoy seeing her contagious gleam
Her eyes bright and beam
I respect her love and her joy for avril lavigne
