Pupil

In this journey through time
there will be many lessons learned,
and many tasks defeated.
Stay strong and life will go on.
Never believe you're alone,
even when you get lonely.
You are a pupil and you are learning,
and space is moving on.
Don't dwell on the past but don't forget it.
Never believe you know everything,
but don't believe you don't know anything.
We will all have something to share
and we will all be able to learn.
We will know if we held on too long,
and what we did wrong.
We will know which mistakes we made
and we will choose to or choose not to learn from it;
but our lessons will grow and we will keep moving,
and learning, and we will always have to deal with new demons
that we have created.
It's never our own fault.
