Public Privacy

My life is on a microchip
and everything I do,
is stored in a computer
for someone else to view,
my privacy's restricted
my secrets are revealed,
in fact there isn't very much
that I can keep concealed,
how can this be security
when anyone can see,
who and what you are, by pressing
one computer key,
but if you want to leave the country
as some people do,
the first thing that they want to know
is, can you prove you're you.
