Psychic

There’s a sign on the street for a Psychic
With a special – 5 bucks for a read
Of your palm or by using the Tarot;
It sounds like a bargain, indeed.

But I do not believe; I’m a cynic
And I think that if I changed my mind,
I would not want a peek at the future
For I might not like what I would find.

Still, when I see that sign I imagine
What you see in a movie or show
As the seer turns a card and I wonder
If she knows what she’s claiming to know.

Gosh. I've always wondered too. Go for it tomorrow, Ilene, and give us a full report. Can't wait. ~ Needles and Pinser

$5 a pop sounds like you have nothing to lose! A psychic in Hopkinstown, Wales, predicted my wife's life from marriage to death with 100% accuracy, so my daughter is a believer. I am still suspicious, as one psychic said I was the spitting image of her spirit guide . . . . Enjoyed, Ilene! Aloha!
