Hey let me holla at you to alleviate your frustration
Stand still it will only take a moment of your attention
Look, I hear your cries but I don’t want any explanation
I just wanna be fair and clear in my summation:
What I was in love with was your presentation
Because you never showed me your true intention
Stoned, amazed, but I’m not hurt by the realization
Part of me have long foresee your treason
You think I got played, but here is your failed realization:
We were both playing the game of love and devotion.
I will be lying to admit any tear of desperation
Seeing your true color has brought me liberation
Hey! I should have never lower my expectation
Wasting time going through all this commotion
When you spent all your time throwing accusation
While I was going through the process of elimination.
So sad that your betrayal did not evoke any emotion
I guess you were never worth my time and attention
Can’t help that you were never the object of my fascination
It’s not my fault you never knew how to keep my admiration
Now that is over you wanna write me a dissertation
Crying, begging, and blaming all the creation
But it’s too late! You should’ve learned life’s biggest lesson:
Never ever let go of the brightest star in a constellation.
No more talking. I’m over your desecration
This is the end there is no need for elongation
Letting go have brought me to a new exhilaration
Free at last! You’re a past chapter closed without hesitation.
