Psalms Sixty Nine Twenty Nine

O' Lord i pray the biggest gift
as Thou hath promised in the Book of Psalms;
grant me abundance, that'll bridged the rift
O' heal my wounds, with Thy holy balm.

Thou saith "but i am poor and sorrowful,"
adding, "O God, set me up on high,"
my current state change to the blissful
bless my path, as i go by and by.

Indeed Lord, it is a short prayer
Lord have pity, upon Thy servant;
of all things, Thou art the Maker
fulfil Thy will, Thy holy covenant.

For in the end, it's in Thy Mercy
grant us blessings and riches too;
money spent not only on charity
but deeds untold, this planet blue.

Psalms 69:29 states:
"But i am poor and sorrowful,
let your salvation, O God,
set me up on high."

Amen!

A great psalm for sure. Your response to it is striking.

to God be glory! thanks, Alfred for popping by; i love this psalm especially for it foretells what the Lord can do, and what He promises. in all situations, we need the Helper to assist and direct. remember, we're never orphans; cheers!

i just love to meditate on God's Words; i cannot perfectly describe the feeling of warmth, and an assurance that comes with His Blessings, Protection and Providence. all in all, we need Him so, so much everyday. cheers!
