Psalm 29:11 An Afterthought

Daylight brightens this dark dwelling place
Dusk is approaching
I leave some space
Inside my soul
Luminescences exist
Creating a lull
I will not resist
Peace is more than a feeling I’ve known
It has a name
A distinctive moan
Listening closely I follow its call
Hearing the truth
I avoid another dangerous fall

I like this poem and the message. The rhyming pattern gives it a special spark. I also like your use of figurative language to bring out the essence of the poem. The ending lines are awesome. Great job! ~Joseph

Many people don't know how to follow their peace. They would rather stay in their mess or their darkness. This is a very simple poem; but very poignant for the times we are going through right now.
