Private Sitter

A friend in need
Is a friend indeed.
Working together
we succeed.

Unable to use
arms and feet
or voice, he
can complete

An email or
ask for more
of peach tea
or more from me.

He is a friend.
We get along.
His body's weak.
His mind is strong.

His good humor
strengthens me.
I am blessed,
undoubtedly!

I'm confused by what a "private sitter" is however, I really enjoyed the rhyming

My friend had Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), also known as Lou Gehrig's disease or motor neuron disease, is a progressive neurological disease that causes the neurons that control voluntary muscles (motor neurons) to degenerate, I was hired by him to assist him is using his computer to communicate and notify the nurses when necessary. We became very good friends.
