Private Angel

Soulmates in secret.
Two worlds that never met.
I'm amazed by her love.
That comes from somewhere up above.

Fantasy on the cover of a magazine.
Fills my heart whenever I am seen.
Beauty so bright, shines right through my hell.
Reality fades when I'm with my private angel.

Days of solitude eat you up inside.
Waiting for your miracle is such a long ride.
And faith that it will come challenges you everyday.
Her smile tells me everything she cannot say.

The world will never know her kindness anymore.
Since she's been gone, theres been so much war.
Maybe thats Gods way of sparing her pain.
While we're left here to try and survive the rain.
