Prisoner of Love

These chains, theses chains I can’t break them Please, I’m begging you, take them Unshackle my wrist, let me unclench my fist I curse the one who makes them These chains, these chains won’t be moved I tug but what have I proved? To prove all my love I pull and I shove But the shackles will not be removed These chains, these chains cut my skin Love is my crime, it’s my sin With all my might I go on with a fight But I don’t think that I’ll ever win These chains, these chains leave me tender A new love these cuffs will render I fought each day, to get away But now I love you, Im sorry I surrender
