Princes and Princesses

I see my siblings they’re getting older, bigger, sweeter I can’t help but smile as I watch them grow It’s almost as if they’re my own The four of them together they play, and they fight Yet they remain apart of my royal kingdom I wonder who they’ll be, who they’ll marry, what they’ll do, how they’ll change someone’s world I pray for their happy innocence to remain So that the harsh reality of this world won’t kill their rich spirits I want them to learn to pray and accept their Savior as their own I want to leave this place knowing they’ll be ok Knowing that someday together we’ll hold hands and walk the streets of gold I need them to understand what love is So that they know I’ve always, and always will love them They are my Princes and my Princesses they are the jewels in my crown my reason for breathing
