Precisely To My Liking

My favorite time of the day
Is when the moon hugs the sun
Waiting on the Ice -cream truck to come
Coins "jing-"a"-lingin""'
In my blue jeans
Fitted loosely
When it's not so hot
All you gotta do is run when you need a cool breeze

So happy with soul magic
The little girls are dancing in the street 'cause there is no traffic
Little boys in the grass wrestling
Or trying to see who can run the fastest

Couples holding hands
Taking turns whispering sweet nothings
LOVING OUT LOUD!!!

Today we crown "Joy" as king
As we all drink directly
From the vineyard of kindred spirits
Just like we ought to be
