Precious Moments

Lull me into a peaceful sleep
For there I am no longer sad nor do I weep
There high above where the red rocks are
I can see you from afar
Walking slowly to join me
Together again the way it was meant to be
We stand together and pass through time
Leaving this world I live in far behind
For these precious moments we are once again one
But moments pass so quickly and the dream is gone
I reach out to you as you fade away
Once again I feel the pain since in this time I am forced to stay
But night will come again you see
And take me back where I must be
Where you'll be waiting there for me
And for now those precious moments will have to be
