Precious Love

I never knew i had a friend
Who was as precious as the egg of a golden bird
Who made my love spread
Like a young beautiful bird
From one side to the other over my enemies' head
My heart was emptied When i heard
That my love in thy heart was dead
Believing it was hard but i did
I cried
The trust I had in you from my heart it fled
Like a crazy bird
Your absence has dug a hole
In my heart and i cannot cope
I never knew you added a lot to my life till now
It seems to be too late
But not after eight
Let us reconsider the pain
And be together again.
