Prayers Unheard Of

Prayers unheard of
  go unheard
Strange fire offered
  abomination's word

They demon-strate
  and rave and rant ~
Prithee, for Patience
  that they haven't

Interesting question, Harry. My two cents worth: Every generation (almost) is appalled by the injustice and rank corruption of their elders... Then they grow up, and a new wave of youngsters is upset with them... And so it goes. ~ Gershon
