Prayer Is the Place
Prayer is the place
Burdens change shoulders;
Given to the Lord
By his army of soldiers.
If it’s money that’s needed—
God will supply;
If it’s faith you require,
On your Father rely.
Don’t ask for the cheapest,
But rather ask for the best.
Faith is the key
That will pass every test.
God’s love for his children
Is so deep, so divine.
When you truly believe,
He’ll deliver ‘just in time’.
As your faith’s tested,
Stand firm and believe.
For all of your needs
Just believe you’ll receive.
Prayer is the place
Where your needs are met.
Faith mixed with action
Will have no regret.
You have no burden
That your Father cannot bear;
You have no problem
Of which he cannot take care.
Prayer is the place,
You can leave your burdens with him.
Prayer is the place
Where peace lies therein.
